Electric Valca Autoladles®Crucible Preheat Station

Will heat and hold one crucible at 750º F to alleviate thermal shock during replacement installation.
Can be assembled to a spare cradle assembly prior to preheating to expedite the transfer of the preheated crucible from the station to the furnace bath.
Ease of operation:
- Easily transported to location required in the plant by forklift truck.
- Station rated at 4.5 KW maximum input for operation on 480 volt, 1 phase, 60 Hz. current. Just plug it in where needed.
- Fits all sizes of Lindberg/MPH Autoladle^® crucibles - 20, 40, 80 and 100
