The Turbo-Melter delivers twice the efficiency in less than half the space and reduces energy costs too. Depending on set-up, one Turbo-Melter can do what it used to take up to 3 machines to do in much less space.

Individual firing systems ensure rapid melting in one chamber and close holding temperatures in the other all without interrupting casting cycles. Fast melting in the melting chamber reduces fuel costs and metal losses. Close temperature control in the holding chambers cuts metal losses and reduces scrap.

Degassing and filtering capabilities are also available.
