  Corrtherm Element Electric Box Furnace

Corrtherm Element Electric Box Furnace

The rugged Lindberg Corrtherm electric box furnace offers a unique combination of high performance and low maintenance. Temperature range to 1850°F.

  cyclone box furnace

Cyclone® Furnace

The rapid, uniform heating of the Cyclone® furnace has been proven in thousands of installations. Available in either electric powered or gas-fired models, the Cyclone is very productive for two reasons. First, the cycle time is minimized by the rapid heating capability, Second, very heavy, dense loads can be uniformly treated, maximizing your throughput in a very compact, efficient package. The work is brought rapidly to temperature by the unique recirculating convection heating system that forces pressurized air through the load at high velocity. Temperature uniformity is typically ±10°F or better; if specific fixturing is used, ±5°F can be attained.

  Gas-Fired Box Furnace

Gas-Fired Semi-Muffle Box Furnace

Lindberg gas-fired, semi-muffle, box furnaces have proven themselves for years to withstand the most rigorous handling and heaviest of operating schedules. These furnaces are fired from underneath the hearth by means of a series of gas burners equipped with individual gas pilots. Hearths made of heavy fire-brick slab to prevent any direct flame infringement on the work. Gas burners are staggered from side to side of the furnace and are spaced as such to ensure maximum temperature uniformity throughout the work chamber.

  Investment Cast Burn Out Furnace

Investment Cast Burn Out Furnace

Lindberg’s investment casting mold preheat and burn-out furnace is designed for maximum efficiency and ensures cleaner shells with less smoke because of its unique automatic air injection system. Operates at maximum heat-up rates and minimum fuel costs. Temperature range to 2000°F (2400°F optional).

  Polymer Burn Off Furnace

Polymer Burn Off Furnace

The polymer burnoff furnace system provides a simple, cost-effective way to clean tooling and other components that are coated with polymers and other organic compounds during the manufacturing process. The furnace vaporizes the residual polymer, cleansing the tooling for continued use. Temperature range up to 1250°F.

  Gas-Fired Radiant Tube Furnace

Gas-Fired Radiant Tube Box Furnace

For efficient, economical performance, the Lindberg Gas-Fired Radiant Tube Box Furnace offers a unique combination of high performance and low maintenance. It is designed for both light or heavy work loads. The furnace can be supplied for air atmosphere or endothermic, exothermic, or nitrogen atmospheres. Automatic gas-air flame curtain burner is standard equipment on all models. Temperature range to 2000°F.

  Rod Overbend Box Furnace

Rod Overbend (RO) Electric Furnace

The Lindberg Rod Overbend (RO) electric box furnace gives you flexible, efficient performance in a variety of heat-treating applications. The fast heating rate, heavy load capability, and reliable operation help you achieve fast turnaround and high productivity. The furnace is very simple and economical to operate, and is available in a wide range of sizes. Temperature range to 2000°F.

  Silicon Carbide Element Furnace

Silicon Carbide Element Furnace

The Lindberg SC (silicon carbide element) box is designed to deliver precision high-temperature uniformity required in the treating of high alloy and high-speed tool steels. Temperature range to 2500°F.

  Sinter-All Furnace

Sinter-All® Furnace

The Lindberg Sinter-All® hydrogen-atmosphere, electric retort box furnace is the ideal furnace for cost effective sintering and infiltrating powder metal components. The furnace’s control system incorporates numerous interlocks and alarm modes for safe operation. A microprocessor based programmable controller is the heart of the system. Silicon carbide resistor elements positioned above and below the retort provide heat. The furnace is engineered to provide precise metallurgic results on a consistent basis. Temperature range to 2100°F.
