If you are looking for a refurbished chamber, ask these questions:

Who can I call if I have a problem with the chamber after I receive it?

With TPS, the answer is- US! We stand behind every unit that we sell!

Where can I buy replacement parts for the unit that I am buying?

Again, Call TPS. We have an entire department which does nothing other that supply parts for TPS equipment.

Will I receive an operator’s manual and schematics?

TPS supplies complete O/M manual with electrical and refrigeration (as applicable) schematics.

Do you use OEM controls?

TPS utilizes only OEM controls in our equipment. This ensures that the unit works as it was designed. Many competitors use cheaper controls to cut their cost. To us, the functionality of the chamber demands that the correct control be used for the application. In many cases a French fryer control just won’t cut it!

Do you update to environmentally responsible refrigerants?

TPS upgrades all units to non-CFC refrigerants as part of our standard work.
